At The Alignment Path I use hands on bodywork and corrective exercise to help you align your body. Each modality can be utilized alone, or they can be combined for optimal results. Through safe touch and safe movement clients often experience these outcomes;
Improved posture and balance,
Reduced chronic pain,
Decreased tension and stress,
Greater flexibility, function and body awareness.
I trained as a bodyworker because I love empowering others to create changes in their own lives. I believe in everyone’s ability to make a better life for themselves and others, and serving another’s transformation is my highest calling. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself through regeneration when functioning properly. As a practitioner, it is my job to help remove the roadblocks on the way to wellness. I promise to be your partner on the journey and do all I can to help facilitate your growth.
